What can I do for you

Joseph is an associate in the planning team. He has experience advising on a range of planning and highways matters, including drafting complex S106 agreements and providing strategic planning advice at both application stage and in the context of high value transactions. Joseph acts for a broad range of clients including developers, landowners, charities, local authorities and other government bodies.

Supporting your ambitions

In 2024, Joseph worked on the negotiation of a highly complex S106 agreement for the delivery of a further 1,500 new homes at Urban&Civic's development at Alconbury Weald. He has also advised Urban&Civic on the negotiation of a number of highways agreements at Alconbury, Waterbeach and Wintringham.

Joseph is one of the heads of the CSR Committee within the Cambridge office, helping to organise fundraising events.
