Julian is a specialist in the real estate disputes team. His work involves identifying potential problems, avoiding them where possible, and arguing about them in a more or less formal way when that is not possible. His clients include private individuals, institutional landowners and their insurers.
Supporting your ambitions
Among Julian's recent highlights are: successfully fending off a barage of over 20 notices to quit relating to a client's Agricultural Holdings Act farm tenancy, preserving the value of the family farm and several cases involving development land where objectors tried to frustrate the clients' plans by relying on restrictive covenants of dubious enforceabilty, helping to unlock the development value in the clients' sites.

In his spare time he can sometimes be seen playing a variety of instruments badly and acting in a local amateur dramatics group.
