What can Katherine do for you?
Katherine deals predominantly with the financial consequences of separation following marriage or relationship breakdown, as well as related children issues. Katherine advises on nuptial agreements and is also a trained mediator. With over 20 years of experience in family law she encourages a pragmatic approach, weighing both the wider family impact and commercial reality in the balance.
Supporting my clients' ambitions
Katherine's empathy, intellect and solid legal knowledge ensure clients feel confident they can achieve a result that is fair and works for them. Although her aim is always to settle matters outside of the court forum, she has successfully defended clients in the Supreme Court and recognises when litigation is necessary. Advising clients at the start and end of their relationships requires a sensitive approach. Katherine gives clients the benefit of advice that may not always reflect what they want to hear but enables them to make informed decisions with realistic and enduring outcomes.
