Katrina is a senior associate in the planning team. She has experience acting for landowners, promoters, developers and local authorities across multiple sectors, with particular experience in sci-tech/R&D.

Supporting your ambitions

Katrina has experience in a broad range of large-scale development projects, negotiating s106 agreements and associated infrastructure agreements, as well as advising in relation to planning appeals, judicial review claims, statutory challenges, planning enforcement and CIL.

She has recent experience in successfully gaining consent at planning inquiries for:

  • a recovered appeal for a new major urban quarter in Cambridge, involving substantial provision of life science floorspace and offices
  • an appeal for student accommodation for a college at the University of Cambridge
