What can I do for you

Lachlan is an Associate in the Real Estate team. He has extensive experience in advising a range of private and public clients on both commercial and corporate real estate transactions. Lachlan’s commercial work often includes asset management, leasing, infrastructure management and general development work. He also assists clients with corporate real estate transactions, including direct and indirect acquisitions and disposals of land interests.

Supporting your ambitions

Lachlan understands that large commercial and legal risks can be daunting for all parties in real estate transactions. With appropriate risk identification and management, we can support our clients to identify and prevent these risks from becoming deal-breakers and to instead have them appropriately allocated between the parties.
