Advise on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and in/outsourcing (TUPE)

She also has extensive experience in contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, bonus disputes, discrimination and equality, complex grievances, and restrictive covenants.

Recognising that the efficiency and success of a business largely depends on its staff, Laura also provides bespoke training courses for managers and staff on various topics, including equality and diversity, management, modern slavery, and employment law essentials.
