Laura specialises in providing employment law advice to a wide range of company clients and human resources professionals across the UK in all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. Laura's legal practice includes defending employment tribunal proceedings, including those relating to unfair/constructive dismissal, all forms of discrimination, TUPE and protected disclosures. Laura's non-contentious work includes drafting and advising on restrictive covenants, service agreements, settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies and advising on executive terminations.
