Leanne specialises in the fast paced and ever changing area of employment law, assisting employers to deal with all legal aspects of managing their workforce. Her experience has been focused on large scale public sector organisations (predominantly large NHS Trusts) and their employment needs. Although she advises on all aspects of employment law and employee relation issues, her work has primarily involved managing and defending a high volume of complex and varied Employment Tribunal claims. Leanne has also been involved with appeals in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court injunction proceedings arising out of conduct/capacity procedures under Maintaining High Professional Standards in the NHS.
