Lindsey provides assistance to our lawyers in the real estate residential property team. She supports the team with all residential property matters from sales and purchases to matrimonial transfers, assents and first registration applications.

Lindsey has worked alongside a number of our lawyers providing cross-sector assistance. This includes working with the family team in identifying potential issues with property matters on a divorce case, and working with them to seek a suitable solution, or working with the commercial team in the sale of a business whose assets include residential property. By offering this assistance across different sections Lindsey is able to provide clients an all inclusive service and prevents delays in their transactions.
