Lisa was a key member of the team working on the Department of Health's multi-million pound procurement relating to its Future Operating Model (formerly the NHS Supply Chain). Lisa's role included adapting the Cabinet Office's model services contract to satisfy DoH's requirements for the procurement of its new technology provider and later assisting with negotiations.
