What can I do for you

Lucy is a partner in the firm's contentious trust and probate team. She specialises in complex will and probate disputes, trust litigation, removal of executors and trustees, and court of protection matters. Lucy's client base includes private individuals, trust companies, educational establishments, charities, business owners, professional indemnity insurers and high net worth individuals.

Supporting your ambitions

In a matter that was concluded at a High Court trial, Lucy was successful in securing a valuable trust property for her beneficiary clients, who were being denied their entitlement by a trustee's improper conduct. The trustee was also removed and ordered to account to the beneficiaries.

Lucy's experience and expertise has resulted in the recent conclusion of a complicated will dispute at mediation.  Through Lucy's endeavours, the clients achieved an outcome that exceeded expectations while also drawing a line under the ongoing emotional burden of the matter for the clients.

The result was beyond any reasonable expectation we had, and that was entirely down to you. The sheer volume of work you have produced in our case is astonishing, not to mention the incredible personal support and encouragement given".
