Luke is a senior associate in the Manchester real estate team. He works on a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant asset management and providing support on corporate acquisitions and disposals. Luke acts for a range of high-profile clients including companies, pension funds, institutional investors and individuals.
Supporting your ambitions
Luke has worked on large scale development projects including affordable housing estates and logistics sites. His key responsibilities have included reporting on title, producing development constraint reports and negotiating conditional contracts.
Assisting with the management of a large pension fund’s investment portfolio has also given Luke exposure to a number of regear transactions and bespoke lease drafting.
