What can I do for you

Luke is an associate in our Norwich office, specialising in real estate litigation and dispute resolution, advising on a wide range of contentious property and land matters, including rights of way, trespass, easements, covenants, and nuisance.

Supporting your ambitions

Luke has gained experience working for a diverse client base, including universities—where he has assisted in securing injunctions—as well as banks and fixed charge receivers in mortgage possession proceedings. He regularly handles landlord and tenant disputes, both commercial and residential. His commercial work includes dilapidations, lease renewals, arrears recovery, and forfeiture, while his residential experience is in possession claims, service charge disputes and statutory consultation requirements for recovery of major works costs through service charges.

Luke is committed to delivering tailored, commercially focused advice, ensuring he is approachable and easy to work with while providing exceptional client service. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
