Melissa is an associate in the national corporate team and is based in the firm’s Manchester office. She works with clients across a number of different sectors advising on sales and acquisitions, cross border mergers, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and management buy-outs/ins.
