Supporting your ambitions
One of Michael's significant highlights involved advising Farmcare on its restructuring of its operational business covering more than 25,000 acres. This included advising on the overall structure and leading a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers working with the client and its other professional advisors on implementing the change. Nothing of this magnitude had been done before in the Agribusiness sector and involved designing bespoke solutions for various parts of the clients portfolio. The completion of this project meant that the client was in a much better position to react to the future challenges faced by the sector.
