Michael leads the real estate team in Birmingham. He specialises in development work and acting for clients in the health and care sector.

Supporting your ambitions

Michael acted for South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust on its Estate Modernisation Programme including the redevelopment of Springfield and Tolworth Hospitals together with SRM and Kajima. The redevelopment of Springfield included the sale of land to Barratt, City & Country and London Square for the creation of over 1200 new homes and the creation of a new 32-acre park.
