Miriam is a solicitor in the Projects and Construction team, specialising in real estate projects.

Supporting your ambitions

Miriam’s experience covers a range of real estate transactions for both private and public bodies, including supporting university and healthcare clients navigate complex PFI/PPP arrangements. Miriam brings her previous experience of advising clients on various aspects of the public procurement process and drafting complex commercial contracts in her real estate work. Miriam has advised public and private sector clients across sectors including defence, education, local government and healthcare.

Miriam is interested in environmental, social and governance (ESG) and has recently advised on the leases for  a number of electric vehicle charging points
