Namita is passionate about affordable housing and is committed to making a positive impact through her work.

Supporting your ambitions

Namita has spent the last five years in-house at a registered provider of social housing (RP), assisting development colleagues in meeting their development programme targets and also managing all charging and securitisation work for the RP. Her in-house experience allows her to seamlessly integrate into her clients' teams, take a commercial approach to problem-solving and support her clients in achieving their goals and objectives.

Namita's niche spans the entire lifecycle of affordable housing, from acquisition to charging, ensuring a joined up process throughout. This approach maximises the value of property portfolios at the charging stage, securing additional funding which can then be used to improve existing homes and build new ones.
