Nathan is an associate based in our Norwich office working as part of insurance disputes team. As part of his work in the team, he advises and represents clients on a range of disputes including those relating to medical malpractice, financial services, legal malpractice and construction.
Supporting your ambitions
Most clients wish to reach a resolution to their claim that is both commercially wise and which properly protects their legal position. Nathan understands that to achieve this you need to be listened to and that any given disputes strategy needs to be formed with your goals in mind; in some cases this may mean negotiation, in others the involvement of the court.
Having previously represented claimants in medical malpractice, he also understands how other parties are likely to approach disputes and ensures he applies this to assist his clients to resolve their disputes with the benefit of that foresight.
