Neil is head of the firm's insurance sector.  He is a professional indemnity specialist and regularly defends high value PI claims against technology companies, solicitors, insurance brokers and construction professionals.  He also has a strong coverage practice: he has acted on numerous complex coverage matters and is increasingly appointed to advise on issues arising under cyber insurance policies.
