What can I do for you

I am an experienced banking and finance lawyer, who acts for a wide range of corporate borrowers, banks, building societies and other financial institutions. I advise on all aspects of banking and finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, structured finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, mezzanine finance, investment property and development finance, project finance and PFI.
I have also spent time in industry working for The Royal Bank of Scotland plc/National Westminster Bank plc in their Transaction Management and Advisory Team and so I am well versed at seeing matters/transactions from the client’s perspective and understanding clients’ real needs and drivers.
