What can I do for you

Nick is a specialist in providing real estate assistance within the education sector including to investors. He has particular specialisms in campus investment and development, as well as in relation to the acquisition, development and management of student housing. 

Supporting your ambitions

One of Nick's recent highlights has been working with The University of Northampton on its relocation and development project to create the Waterside campus in central Northampton, financed in part by the issue of £230m Treasury backed bond on the Irish stock-exchange. Nick has also recently assisted Birmingham City University with its "STEAMhouse" development at Birmingham's Eastside Locks. As announced by the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government in July 2018, the project is expected to generate 10,000 jobs across the region and support the growth of the Midlands Engine.
