Nicola specialises in intellectual property law including trade marks, copyright and designs. Nicola advises on brand protection and enforcement, including advice on protecting your trade marks and designs (through registration), enforcing your intellectual property (taking action against infringers) and defending against infringement claims.

She also drafts and negotiates commercial contracts involving intellectual property including licensing and co-existence arrangements.

Supporting your ambitions

Nicola is a registered trade mark attorney as well as a solicitor and leads the firm's trade mark filing and prosecution practice. She manages large global trade mark portfolios, advising on registrability and filing strategies.

Nicola has advised various clients including leading universities, technology companies and leading fashion brands on the protection of their brands worldwide and on enforcement strategies, successfully taking action against infringers in a number of jurisdictions.
