Oliver specialises in real estate, with experience in helping public and private sector clients from a variety of backgrounds, including education, healthcare, local government, housebuilding and infrastructure.

Oliver assists landlords, tenants, institutional investors and developers with all aspects of commercial property work, from disposals and acquisitions, to residential development and property portfolio management.

Supporting your ambitions

Oliver prides himself on being down to earth and approachable. One of his favourite parts of the job is being able to build relationships with clients and he takes great satisfaction from being on hand to provide assistance at every stage of a transaction to help clients achieve their aims.

What else should you know

In 2017 Oliver undertook a client secondment which gave him a valuable insight into what a successful business is looking for from its lawyer and helped him focus on providing accessible and clear advice.
