What can I do for you

Orla has been advising on all aspects of real estate investment and development work for over 25 years. Her clients include pension funds, institutional investors, property companies and developers. Orla's experience is multifaceted. It covers portfolio asset management, including the complex regearing and restructuring of assets, site assembly, acquisitions, disposal, development, infrastructure, forward funding and development management agreements.

Supporting your ambitions

Orla acts for a developer client on an exciting and challenging infrastructure project on which she was first instructed in 2014. It initially involved the acquisition of a development site and the first phase prelet to a global automotive component maker with funding from a FTSE 250 Reit. With multiple parties, legal and contractual issues it required a focussed commercial outlook tailored to the legal requirements and a clear understanding of the client’s objectives. Since the first phase completion, she has acted on the second phase disposal and the letting and financing of the third phase.

Orla is a member of the Investment Property Forum, New London Architecture, and Women in Property. She holds a Diplome de Langue Français from Alliance Français and speaks conversational French.
