Paddy Lynam is a partner at Mills & Reeve, specializing in agribusiness and real estate. Joining the firm in September 2024, Paddy leads the London agricultural property and country house team with his practice spanning the agribusiness, residential property, private client, and bloodstock sectors. 

Supporting your ambitions

His focus relates to the sales and purchases of estates, farms and country houses. He also advises on matters relating to the management of rural property holdings, including landlord and tenant issues, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies, shooting and other sporting rights, rights relating to access and manorial law. He also assists with planning and development work including the preparation of Promotion Agreements, Overage deeds and habitat creation. 

With a strong focus on delivering comprehensive legal services to high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and multinational corporations, Paddy’s experience in handling complex transactions and his deep understanding of the market are invaluable assets to the firm.

With a family background in the horseracing in the industry, Paddy has a leading reputation advising those with bloodstock and equine interests and enterprises on non-contentious legal issues. 
Paddy is also the retained lawyer for the Royal Agricultural Society of England and acts as a Trustee for a number of Landed Estates.
