What can I do for you

Pardeep works in the healthcare team and is experienced in representing trusts and integrated care boards (ICBs) in Court of Protection matters. She also has significant expertise in serious medical treatment cases. Pardeep has regularly provided advice and assistance to ICBs in relation to NHS continuing healthcare disputes and judicial review matters. She has further experience in advising trusts on the Mental Health Act, an area of law which is of a particular interest to her.

Pardeep previously worked as a Mental Health Tribunal panel member representing both forensic and non-forensic patients detained under the Mental Health Act, and as a Deputy for Property and Affairs.
