What can I do for you

Pardeep works in the health care team and is experienced in representing Trusts and Integrated Care Boards in Court of Protection matters. She also has a wealth of experience in Serious Medical Treatment cases. Pardeep has regularly provided advice and assistance to Integrated Care Boards in relation to NHS Continuing Healthcare disputes and Judicial Review matters. Pardeep also has an abundance of experience in advising Trusts on the Mental Health Act, an area of law which is of a particular interest to her.

Pardeep previously worked as a Mental Health Tribunal Panel Member representing both forensic and non-forensic patients detained under the Mental Health Act, and as a Deputy for Property and Affairs.
