What can I do for you

Rachel qualified in September 2015 and is a senior associate in our private client team. She helps clients with their estate planning, especially preserving wealth for future generations. Rachel advises clients on their wills, tax, succession planning, lifetime giving, lasting powers of attorney and philanthropy. She also spends a small portion of her time advising on domestic probate cases and administration of estates.

Supporting your ambitions

Recently, Rachel has worked closely with clients following the sale of their family business, the proceeds of which represented the majority of their family wealth. The planning and structures put in place for these clients will allow for their wealth to be passed through the generations in a protected, yet tax efficient structure allowing their wealth to benefit them and future generations to come. The clients were delighted with the outcome and the service given throughout.
