What can I do for you

Rachel's an experienced paralegal in the construction team dealing with transactional matters.

She has experience of both JCT and NEC contracts and the amendments to them. Rachel also has experience in consultants' appointments, collateral warranties, novations, parent company guarantees and performance bonds as well as framework agreements.

She has extensive knowledge in the use of DocuSign.

Supporting your ambitions

Rachel works for a number of  institutional and education clients, as well as for real estate investment clients.

She has experience of the JCT suite of contracts 2016 and works on the NEC4 ECC form of contract. Rachel also drafts professional consultant's appointments.

What else should you know

Rachel acts as an administrator for the local branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She's a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Rachel will become a trainee solicitor with Mills & Reeve in autumn 2024.
