What can I do for you

Rebecca is an associate in our real estate litigation team, based in the London office.

She assists national housebuilders, institutional investors and local authorities by providing advisory services and routinely dealing with contentious property matters in the High Court, County Court, First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Residential Property).

Supporting your ambitions

Rebecca aims to deliver clear, practical advice which helps her clients manage both their residential and commercial property portfolios with confidence.

Some of her recent experience includes;

  • Acting for a major supermarket operator in dealing with anti-social behaviour issues from residential tenants in mixed use premises.
  • Acting for a landlord in breach of covenant and related forfeiture proceedings concerning unauthorised Airbnb subletting.
  • Acting on behalf of a residents' association before the First Tier Tribunal in proceedings concerning a s.27A application and in the subsequent appeal before the Upper Tribunal.
