What can I do for you

Rebecca has over 16 years’ experience advising clients on the drafting and negotiation of general commercial and technology related matters, including SaaS and cloud-based contracts, system implementations, IT outsourcing contracts and complex services contracts. Her experience has been gained both in private practice, predominantly at a leading, boutique technology law firm in London, and also in-house whilst on secondment at a number of NYSE and FTSE 100 listed companies.

Rebecca acts for both suppliers and customers across a range of technology and communications industries and in sectors where technology transforms how business operates, including consumer goods, luxury retail, professional services, travel, transportation, media and financial services. She advises clients ranging from large global public companies to early stage ventures with exciting new technologies.

Rebecca has worked on many high value, business critical technology projects and is able to engage effectively and collaboratively with senior stakeholders from the business community. She is used to working as part of a project team and to identifying and advising on legal risks.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has always been excited by the possibilities that new and emerging technologies can bring, especially where those technologies can create operational efficiencies, increase net revenue growth and deliver shareholder value.
