Remziye is an employment lawyer who qualified in 2011. She has considerable experience in helping clients navigate employment law issues, particularly litigation and complaints, often with overlapping contractual issues. She has been involved in a number of complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims, and also advising on Restrictive Covenants and Team Moves.

Remziye supports employer clients with a full range of HR issues as well as defending Employment Tribunal claims.

Clients praise her for her ability to effectively navigate sensitive disputes under pressure. Remziye deploys appropriate legal and commercial strategies both in litigation and during negotiations. Many of her cases are resolved before or at the early stages of litigation.

One of Remziye’s work highlights was working with an international client in the financial services sector to litigate a Team Move in the High Court, which involved coordinating multi-jurisdictional advice.
