Sam is a solicitor in the real estate team advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate work. He has acted for property developers, investment funds, local authorities, national cultural institutions, charities, universities, NHS trusts and a range of property occupiers. 

Supporting your ambitions

Sam's work includes real estate development projects, such as the CB1 regeneration at Cambridge station, substantial mixed use schemes in London, and the O&H Hampton development in Peterborough. He advises property investors and owner-occupiers on the acquisition and sale of commercial, residential and mixed use property, lettings and other landlord and tenant and estate management work.  He assisted the Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on its relocation to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.  Sam also acts for tenants: for example he acted for Boden when it opened its first store for many years in the Westfield Centre at White City.
