Sam has worked on a wide range of transactions covering very small owner-managed businesses through to multimillion-pound transactions covering multiple jurisdictions. He acutely understands the importance of tailoring the advice and services offered to reflect the size and complexity of the transactions, and the individual needs of his clients.
Sam has also advised on a number of volume acquisitions, disposals and large group reorganisations, and is passionate about the use of legal technology to assist on these transactions for the benefit of clients and advisers alike.
