What can Sam do for you?
Sam is a corporate lawyer working with clients on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions and disposals of shares or assets, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity investments, group reorganisations and joint ventures as well as advising on general corporate governance matters.
Supporting your ambitions
Sam has worked on a wide range of transactions covering very small owner-managed businesses through to multimillion-pound transactions covering multiple jurisdictions. He acutely understands the importance of tailoring the advice and services offered to reflect the size and complexity of the transactions, and the individual needs of his clients.
Sam has also advised on a number of volume acquisitions, disposals and large group reorganisations, and is passionate about the use of legal technology to assist on these transactions for the benefit of clients and advisers alike.
What do others say?

What else should you know?

Sam is a keen musician, and plays in several local amateur orchestras, as well as leading the Mills & Reeve Norwich office charity choir (enthusiatically, if perhaps not skillfully!)
