What can I do for you

Sarah is a principal associate in our national real estate finance team which forms part of our wider banking and finance group. Sarah acts for a variety of clients including banks, property investors and developers, international and domestic debt funds and corporate borrowers which includes acting on high value single asset transactions, large property portfolios and development financings.

Supporting your ambitions

One of Sarah's career highlights involved acting for a client on a large cross-border corporate real estate transaction. Sarah's dual specialism in real estate and finance meant that she advised the client on both the financing and due diligence elements of the transaction, providing the client with concise and streamlined advice. The size of the transaction necessitated the management of a large cross-discipline team and a very tight deadline but working together the team completed the transaction for the client within the timetable - resulting in a very pleased client!

In her spare time Sarah enjoys travelling and rowing on the River Cam.
