Shakir is a transactional real estate solicitor. His work primarily focuses on developments, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and asset management. Shakir qualified as a solicitor in January 2025 and garnered extensive experience before this, spending over six years as a solicitor apprentice.

Recently, Shakir has finished his masters degree in Legal Practice & Skills, in which he undertook the study of Advanced Real Estate, deepening his knowledge of his practice area to work more effectively.
