Simon leads the firm's real estate team in Leeds. He carries out investment work for institutional funds and private offices and undertakes mixed use development work for national and regional property companies. He has particular expertise in dealing with primary care investments and developments.

He has actively supported not for profit organisation "Heads Together " for a number of years, providing pro bono real estate advice in the acquisition and phased re- development of a historic building in East Leeds for use as a community radio station and centre for creative arts.
