Sophie is an experienced solicitor in the firm's Insurance Dispute team. Sophie specialises in defending negligence claims against professionals, focussing particularly on general and construction PI. Sophie also advises on coverage issues.

Supporting your ambitions

Successfully resolved a number of claims for a national medical provider, and in several cases negotiated significantly lower commercial settlements than the headline figures claimed.

Worked on a number of construction claims, including assisting an insured architect to resolve a potential dispute relating to a discrepancy in planning drawings alleged to be worth in excess of £1.5 million.

Assisted in investigating a potential claim in connection with the management of asbestos, estimated to be worth in excess of £1 million.
