Supriya is an associate in the health and care team. She specialises in Court of Protection matters relating to deprivation of liberty, best interests and complex issues surrounding capacity. Supriya also covers inquests and judicial review matters.
Supriya’s day typically consists of advising NHS clients on drafting applications to the Court of Protection and providing advice on mental health and mental capacity law. She understands the various pressures our NHS clients face and works flexibly with client teams to accommodate our clients' needs.
