Tanya has recently joined the insurance disputes team, having completed a successful and rewarding training contract with the firm. As a trainee, Tanya worked in various different teams, gaining experience in multiple sectors and ultimately developing a particular interest in dispute resolution. She now looks forward to assisting with the team's practice, advising a varied range of professionals and their insurers on professional negligence claims and similar matters.

Prior to beginning her training contract with Mills & Reeve, Tanya worked in local media and in the banking sector. Her varied working background allows her to bring a strong skill set and a wide commercial understanding to her legal work.
