What can I do for you

Tom is a principal associate in the finance and restructuring team. He primarily focuses on general corporate lending, acquisition finance and education finance. Tom acts for a wide range of stakeholders, from financial institutions and corporate borrowers to sponsors and public sector bodies.

Supporting your ambitions

Tom advises lenders and borrowers on a variety of banking and treasury matters, including refinancings and complex, event‑driven financings, many of which have a multi‑jurisdictional element, as well as intercreditor arrangements and security documentation.
