What can I do for you

Tim leads the Norwich office's agricultural team and advises landowners and farm businesses on the sale, purchase and letting of farms and agricultural land and on general land management and diversification projects. These include Photovoltaic and AD Plants, the development and letting of redundant farm buildings and collaboration, promotion, option, overage and pre-emption agreements.

Supporting your ambitions

Tim's strategic land expertise enables him to advise private and institutional landowners in negotiating multi million pound complex option, promotion, collaboration and contribution agreements. This coupled with his knowledge of farm tenancies and environmental schemes means that he can ensure that landowners do not enter into unworkable possession or early entry requirements and, by working closely with his private wealth colleagues, that they do not inadvertently prejudice their tax position.
