What can I do for you

Tina is a senior lawyer in the health and care team, specialising in mental capacity and mental health law. Tina represents NHS bodies such as Integrated Care Boards and Trusts in patient-related health and welfare matters before the Court of Protection. Tina frequently advises on complex legal issues arising from applications made under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 relating to the assessment of an individual’s mental capacity, deprivation of liberty and/or best interests.

Tina adopts a proactive and methodical approach in understanding each particular matter and each client’s needs in order to provide clear and personable advice and support.

Tina is fully fluent in spoken Punjabi and Hindi and can assist in legal matters where these languages may be a barrier to communication.
