Tom's experience includes:

  • Acting for a Trinity College, Cambridge subsidiary in connection with a 205,000 sq. ft. designer outlet village development at The O2.
  • Advising Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in connection with its stake in the development of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
  • Advising Marshall Group Properties Limited on its 160 acre Marleigh development in Cambridge and other strategic real estate projects.
