Vanessa specialises in and advises on complex M&A and real estate investment structures and transactions. Vanessa is also joint Head of Legal Project Management for Mills & Reeve, helping clients and colleagues manage complex and challenging projects, developing and creating best practice throughout the firm. Vanessa is also part of the international offshore desk, part of the wider international group.

Vanessa's clients include national and global organisations. As a Corporate transactional lawyer and Head of LPM (Joint), Vanessa has recently been able to support clients in managing instructions and work streams of teams of lawyers in multiple jurisdictions bringing them together to deliver a seamless one team approach to complex on and offshore transactions. Applying the right people, process and technology allows the clients to focus on the bigger picture and manage their own stakeholders and internal expectations and demands.
