• Advising an advanced manufacturing business on its supply arrangements to supply critical components for development of a new nuclear power station including assessing risk levels and negotiating appropriate amendments to reapportion and manage such risks.
• Advising a nuclear regulator on its standard forms of contract.
• Advising on Hinckley Point C in relation to the new build nuclear power station and acting for one of the world’s leading energy infrastructure companies in the world, involved in the design and construction of an 880 megawatt power plant in the UK.
• Advising on development consent orders for a new nuclear power generating project.
