Three-way international joint venture with two of Europe's leading crop breeding companies, Saaten Union Recherche from France and Germany's Nordsaat for Elsoms
Advised XTR Holding a newly incorporated purchasing subsidiary of German medical device company TRACOE Medical GmbH, on the acquisition of Kapitex Healthcare. Kapitex designs and distributes products for patients with head and neck cancer and, in particular, those who have had a laryngectomy or a tracheostomy.
Advised TAP Biosystems Group plc on its sale by auction process resulting in the recommended offer for TAP by Sartorious Stedim Biotech GmbH.
Advising on the corporate, employment and real estate aspects of an acquisition for a German head quartered company, Amada Miyachi Europre GmbH, the market leader in developing, building and servicing machines for resistance welding, laser welding, laser marking and heat-seal-bonding which operates in both Europe and America.
