SiS Claims, now part of Mills & Reeve, offers a complete claims handling solution from first notification to resolution. Our integrated approach combines technical claims expertise with legal insight, helping clients manage risk, control costs and protect and enhance relationships.

With tailored services, centralised coordination and bespoke MI reporting, we deliver consistency and commercial value.  Whether supporting underwriting strategy or resolving complex disputes, our team works collaboratively to achieve better outcomes.  Our proprietary claims management platform, Minerva, gives clients 24/7 access to real-time data, documents and MI. It is flexible, fully compliant with Lloyd’s V5, Solvency II, and supports robust performance monitoring.

Each client receives tailored MI packs, typically on a monthly basis, covering claim progression, reserving, trends, and service-level performance. Regular review meetings are held to ensure alignment with underwriting goals and operational targets.

We also capture underwriting information to provide analysis on the performance from individual risks to entire portfolios.

Minerva ensures transparency and performance monitoring, giving clients real-time access to data and all relevant documents to a claim.

In short, straight away! We have a core team of claims managers that can be supported by a large team of lawyers as and when the need arises. Therefore if an insurer wished to transfer a large portfolio of claims to us we can ‘hit the ground running’ and have claims reviewed and uploaded onto Minerva in a short space of time.
