The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/560) were made on 13 March and published on 15 March 2019. They are in virtually the same form as in the draft laid before Parliament on 13 December 2018.
The Regulations make various technical amendments to EU-derived UK procurement legislation reflecting the withdrawal of the UK from the EU, and they will mainly come into force on the day the UK leaves the EU.
