Clause 10 of MF/1 deals with the service of notices. The clause allows service by post, fax or email. Given the current Covid pandemic with many people working from home, it is probably best to delete the reference to fax and state that service should be by post and email. It is also prudent to include more than one email address for service for each party in the Appendix.
